📍 Location: Onsite — Scheme 140, Indore

🕘 Work: 6 days/week | 9 hours/day

🧠 Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative, multi-skilled individual who can handle:

✔️ Long-form educational video editing

✔️ Simple 2D concept animations

✔️ High-engagement Instagram Reels

👉 This role combines editing + animation + content thinking

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Long-Form Video EditingEdit educational lecture videos

• Audio enhancement (clarity, noise reduction)
• Basic color correction
• Cutting, trimming, merging

👉 Output: Clean, professional, distraction-free videos

2️⃣ 2D Concept AnimationCreate simple, clear animations for:

• Flowcharts
• Mechanisms
• Step-based concepts
• 👉 Focus: Clarity, minimal design, easy understanding

3️⃣ Reels Creation (High Priority)Create scroll-stopping Instagram Reels

• Convert lectures into engaging short clips
• Work on:
• Hooks (first 3 seconds)
• Captions & pacing
• Trend-based editing
• 👉 Think like a creator, not just editor

⚡ Required SkillsVideo editing tools (Premiere Pro / CapCut / Final Cut / DaVinci)

Basic 2D animation (After Effects or similar)

Understanding of Instagram trends & Reels psychology
