š„ Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and fast Video Editor who can create high-quality real estate videos for social media, ads, and property promotions.
ā Responsibilitiesš„ Edit property walkthrough videos
š Create Instagram Reels / YouTube / Facebook videos
š§ Add engaging transitions, text, subtitles & motion graphics
šÆ Edit videos for Meta Ads (Lead Generation campaigns)
šµ Add music, sound effects & voice-over sync
š Deliver videos with high retention & clean branding
šÆ Requirementsā Strong command on Premiere Pro / After Effects / Filmora
ā Experience in Real Estate Video Editing (Preferred)
ā Knowledge of Reels Trend Editing + Hooks
ā Can create cinematic look + smooth color grading
ā Fast turnaround + responsible for deadlines
ā Ability to follow brand style & improve creative output
ā Bonus Skills (Preferred)āØ Motion graphics / animated titles
āØ 3D text / map animation / location highlights
āØ Basic knowledge of real estate marketing & ad creatives
āØ Thumbnail design (YouTube) / Canva basics
