Job OverviewWe are seeking a creative and dynamic Video Editor & Content Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in video editing and design, with a passion for creating engaging and on-brand visual content. This role requires a proactive professional who can work efficiently to meet content goals and support the company's ambitious growth targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEdit and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and other platforms.
• Design visually appealing graphics, thumbnails, banners, and other digital assets to complement video content.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas aligned with brand identity.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of projects to meet deadlines.
• Optimize content for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) to maximize engagement and reach.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into content strategies.
• Assist in shooting video content when required, ensuring high production standards.
• Qualifications & SkillsProven experience in video editing and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• Understanding of color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to achieve targets.
• Knowledge of the cosmetics or beauty industry is a plus.
