Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to manage warehouse operations within the logistics department. The role involves overseeing storage, inventory control, loading–unloading, dispatch, and ensuring timely and damage-free movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and logistics activities
• Ensure proper storage, stacking, racking, and space utilization of goods
• Supervise loading and unloading operations with safety and care
• Maintain inventory records, stock registers, and movement logs
• Coordinate with logistics, transporters, and internal teams
• Plan and monitor dispatch schedules to meet delivery timelines
• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and protection of goods
• Prevent damage, loss, and pilferage of materials
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
• Manage warehouse staff, helpers, and supervisors
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and material-handling standards
• Maintain cleanliness and systematic arrangement in the warehouse
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
• 3–7 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, inventory or ERP systems)
• Good leadership, planning, and coordination skills
