Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse operations including inward, outward, and storage activities

Ensure accurate material receiving, dispatch, and stock movement

Maintain inventory records and coordinate physical stock verification

Manage warehouse manpower and allocate daily work activities

Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices

Coordinate with transporters, loaders, and internal teams

Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards in the warehouse

Prepare daily reports for stock, dispatch, and attendance

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and client requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations

Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes

Ability to manage labour and daily operations efficiently

Basic computer knowledge (Excel / reporting preferred)

Good communication and coordination skills

Experience in tyre / FMCG / industrial warehouse will be an advantage
