Job Description
Job Title: Washerman / Laundry Operator
Location: Fresh Fold Laundry, Indore
Timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (6 days/week)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month (as per skill & experience) + incentives (optional)
Job Responsibilities
- Sorting clothes as per fabric type, color, and care labels
- Washing (wet cleaning) using washing machine and correct chemical dosage
- Stain checking and basic stain removal before/after wash
- Drying and proper handling to avoid damage/shrinkage
- Folding/packing clothes neatly and tagging as per customer bill
- Maintaining cleanliness of washing area and machines
- Reporting machine issues, chemical stock requirement, and daily work updates to Store Manager
Requirements
- Experience in laundry/wet cleaning preferred (freshers can also apply)
- Knowledge of fabric handling and basic stain removal is a plus
- Honest, punctual, and ready for physical work
- Able to follow process and maintain quality standards
