Airtel (Indore & Bhopal)🔧 Role OverviewResponsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber optic networks and broadband connections for customers. Ensures smooth internet and telecom services.

• 🛠️ Key Responsibilities🔹 Fiber Engineer Install and configure FTTH (Fiber to the Home) connections
• Splicing and testing of fiber optic cables
• Troubleshoot network issues (low speed, no connection, signal loss)
• Use tools like OTDR, power meter for fiber testing
• Ensure network uptime and quick fault resolution
• Coordinate with backend/network team
• 🔹 WiremanLay and fix cables (fiber + electrical wiring where needed)
• Support installation of routers, modems, and set-top boxes
• Perform basic wiring and cable management
• Assist fiber engineer during installations
• Handle minor repair and maintenance work
• 🎯 Required SkillsBasic knowledge of telecom/fiber network
• Understanding of wiring & cable connections
• Problem-solving and technical skills
• Ability to work in field (outdoor work)
• Basic mobile/computer handling
• 🎓 QualificationITI (Electrician/Wireman) / Diploma / 10th–12th pass with experience
• Fresher + experienced both can apply
