Wood Work Helper / Flight Case Assembly Helper

Zypher Power Labs Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Wood Work Helper for manufacturing and

assembling flight cases used for professional audio equipment. The role involves

assisting in woodwork, fitting hardware, and finishing of flight cases as per production

requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in cutting and assembling plywood panels for flight cases

• Helping in fitting aluminum profiles, corners, hinges, handles, and latches

• Supporting carpenters in drilling, riveting, screwing, and pasting work

• Assisting in foam fitting and internal padding work

• Loading, unloading, and movement of raw material and finished cases

• Maintaining cleanliness, tool safety, and discipline in the workshop

• Following quality and measurement standards as instructed

Qualification

• 8th / 10th / 12th pass (any is acceptable)

• ITI (Carpenter / Fitter) preferred but not mandatory

Experience

• Freshers can apply

• Prior experience in flight case, road case, or furniture work will be an

advantage

Salary

• ₹13,000 to ₹18,000 per month (based on skill and experience)

• Overtime (OT) applicable as per company policy

Working Hours• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

• Overtime as required

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of hand tools (drill, rivet gun, screwdriver, hammer)

• Willingness to learn flight case hardware fitting

• Physically fit and able to handle workshop work

• Honest, punctual, and disciplined
