Job Title: Hotel ManagerJob SummaryThe Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth front desk procedures, efficient housekeeping, and accurate financial management. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
- Key Responsibilities1. Front Desk OperationsSupervise and manage check-in and check-out procedures to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate room assignments and timely updates of room availability.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain proper records of reservations and occupancy rates.
- 2. Payment & Financial ManagementOversee all payment processes, including cash, card, and online transactions.
- Ensure billing accuracy during guest check-out.
- Monitor daily revenue, prepare financial reports, and manage budgets.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for audits and financial compliance.
- 3. Housekeeping & CleanlinessSupervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards throughout the hotel.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, lobby, restrooms, and public areas.
- Ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared on time for arriving guests.
- Maintain high sanitation standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- 4. Customer Service ExcellenceDeliver and maintain top-notch service standards at all times.
- Train and motivate staff to provide friendly, professional, and personalized service.
- Address guest feedback promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests.
- 5. Staff ManagementRecruit, train, and supervise hotel staff.

- Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality supervision.

- Proficiency in hotel management software and financial systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
