Branch Manager

Lead and oversee daily branch operations for EV (3W) financing.

Drive sales growth by onboarding new dealers and achieving monthly/quarterly targets.

Build and maintain strong dealer and customer relationships to expand business presence.

Ensure timely collections, monitor repayment behavior, and maintain healthy NPA levels.

Manage, guide, and mentor FOS (Field Officer Staff) and branch team members.

Track team performance and ensure productivity and discipline across functions.

Ensure compliance with company policies, credit norms, and operational processes.

Coordinate with credit, operations, and collection teams for smooth business flow.

Prepare and submit regular MIS, reports, and performance updates to management.
