Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage daily office operations and data handling efficiently.
- Key Responsibilities:Data entry and record maintenance
- Preparing reports using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Daily work and reporting on Google Sheets
- Basic data analysis and calculations
- Managing office documents and files properly
- Coordination with internal teams for smooth workflow
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
- Responsible for end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks
Required Skills: Good knowledge of Computer and Internet
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and Google Sheets
- Strong Excel knowledge (formulas, data handling)
- Basic Mathematics and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and professional behavior
- Attention to detail and time management
- Qualification:Graduate (Any Stream)
- Experience required (Minimum 2 year in Back Office)
