GST Filing & Accounting ExecutiveLocation: Jabalpur

Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with strong knowledge can apply)

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented GST Filing & Accounting Executive responsible for handling GST compliance, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GST laws and accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities: GST Compliance:

• Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.)
• Reconciliation of GST data (purchase, sales, ITC)
• Handling GST notices and departmental queries
• Maintaining GST records and compliance documentation

Accounting Work:

• Maintaining books of accounts (Sales, Purchase, Expenses)
• Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
• Preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)
• Managing accounts receivable & payable

Other Responsibilities:

• Coordination with clients for data collection
• Ensuring timely compliance with statutory deadlines
• Supporting audits and tax filings (if required)
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• Good knowledge of GST laws and accounting concepts
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, Zoho Books)
• Strong Excel skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience in CA firm or accounting firm
• Knowledge of Income Tax and TDS compliance (added advantage)
