Key Responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions in the accounting software
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers accurately
• Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes
• Verify bills and supporting documents before booking
• Perform regular bank reconciliation
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts
• Prepare and update payment sheets and collection reports
• Assist in month-end closing and provisioning work
• Support GST, TDS, and other compliance workings
• Coordinate with auditors during audit requirements
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports as required
• Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment details

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, TDS, GST
• Hands-on experience in accounting software (Tally / ERP system)
• Good Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
