Position: Accounts Executive

Experience: Min 3-8 Years

Location: Jabalpur

Qualification: B.com

Job Description:

• Manage daily bookkeeping, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), analyze financial data, identify trends, and support budgeting/forecasting
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations, manage GST/TDS filings, support internal/external audits, and handle statutory requirements.
• Drive standardization and efficiency in financial processes and systems.
• Assist in financial planning, contribute to strategic initiatives, and manage accounts/cash flow.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, clients, and auditors.
• Manage export documentation (invoices, packing lists) and use specific ERP/accounting software like Tally. 

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Strong command of accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERPs) and MS Excel.
• Experience in month/year-end closing and audit support.
