 Job Title: Manager – Demat & Wealth Team

Experience Required: 3–5 Years (Relevant Financial Services Industry Experience)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager – Demat & Wealth Team to lead and oversee our Demat, KYC, and Wealth Management operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring smooth client onboarding, and achieving monthly business targets across Demat accounts, SIPs, mutual funds, and other investment products.

You will play a key role in mentoring the team, ensuring compliance, managing escalations, and building a high-efficiency, customer-centric sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Performance Management,Lead, guide, and motivate the Demat & Wealth team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor productivity KPIs including Demat conversions, SIP activations, and cross-selling of investment products.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement strategies to enhance team output.
• Client Onboarding & KYC Supervision.Oversee the complete end-to-end process of client onboarding—KYC submission, verification, and Demat account creation.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of documentation as per regulatory norms.
• Resolve KYC-related queries and support the team in handling customer documentation issues.
• Sales & Revenue Growth.
• Drive sales of Demat accounts, SIPs, mutual funds, bonds, NPS, ULIPs, and other wealth products.
• Ensure achievement of individual and team-based business objectives.
• Optimize client engagement to improve investment penetration and wallet share.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management.
• Ensure all operations adhere to SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI, and Angel One compliance guidelines.
• Implement robust processes to ensure audit readiness and reduce compliance deviations.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and operational integrity.
• Training, Development & Escalation Handling.
• Conduct product training, soft skill sessions, and compliance workshops for the team.
• Provide real-time support and resolve client escalations efficiently.
• Collaborate with seniors to build structured training modules for new joiners.

Desired Candidate Profile

3–5 years of proven experience in Demat operations, wealth management, or stock broking.

• Strong knowledge of equity markets, SIPs, mutual funds, and investment products.
• Excellent people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage high-volume operations, and deliver under timelines.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
