Job Summary:

We are hiring a Business Head to lead overall sales, operations, and business growth for our Jabalpur real estate division. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Tier-2 market real estate, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales strategy, business development, and revenue growth.
• Manage and mentor sales, marketing, and on-ground teams.
• Build channel partner networks and maintain strong market relationships.
• Oversee project launches, operations, and customer management.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and regional regulations.
• Handle P&L, budgeting, and performance tracking.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of real estate experience.
• Strong leadership, sales management, and local market understanding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in handling multiple projects and large teams.

Preferred Qualification

• Established industry network within the region.
• MBA or relevant management qualification (optional but preferred).
