We are looking for a Creative Head who can conceptualize, lead, and execute AI-driven video content across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, ads, and educational content. The ideal candidate should blend storytelling, visual creativity, and AI tools to produce high-quality videos without traditional shooting setups.

-Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Own the end-to-end creative direction of AI-generated video content

•⁠ ⁠Ideate and develop video concepts, scripts, and storyboards

•⁠ ⁠Lead the use of AI tools for:

 * Text-to-video

 * AI avatars / voiceovers

 * Image-to-video

 * Motion graphics & effects

•⁠ ⁠Maintain brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling consistency

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with marketing, content, and growth teams

•⁠ ⁠Guide editors, AI artists, and freelancers (if any)

•⁠ ⁠Optimize content for *engagement, retention, and platform algorithms

•⁠ ⁠Stay updated with *latest AI video trends & tools

-Required Skills & Tools

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of visual storytelling & video psychology

Basic understanding of AI tools such as:

 * Runway / Pika / Sora (or similar)

 * Midjourney / DALL·E

 * ElevenLabs / PlayHT

•⁠ ⁠Scriptwriting & creative ideation skills

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of short-form & long-form video formats

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work fast, experiment, and iterate
