Key Responsibilities and Duties

Food Preparation: Cooking items to order or in batches, ensuring proper temperature, taste, and portion control.

Equipment Operation: Using grills, fryers, ovens, and microwaves safely and efficiently.

Sanitation & Safety: Cleaning food prep areas, complying with health regulations, handling food safely to prevent contamination.

Workflow Efficiency: Working quickly under pressure, multitasking to handle multiple orders simultaneously.

Inventory & Cleaning: Stocking stations, monitoring ingredient freshness, cleaning equipment, and removing trash. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen is often preferred, but not always required for entry-level roles.

Skills: Ability to stand for long periods, work in a hot environment, read, and follow instructions.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen equipment
