• Key Responsibilities:
• Commi I – Continental Chef: Prepare and cook continental dishes.
• Ensure quality, presentation & hygiene.
• Handle mise-en-place and guide junior staff.
• Commi II – Continental Chef Assist in cooking and food preparation.
• Follow recipes, plating standards & maintain cleanliness.
