Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Support Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products or services, and converting leads into sales. You should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a customer-centric approach.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell products/services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through cold calling, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Maintain a daily record of calls and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor product solutions accordingly.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships for repeat business.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
