Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / ContractRole SummaryThe Delivery Executive is responsible for picking up and delivering items (food, packages, groceries, documents, etc.) to customers safely, accurately, and on time while providing excellent customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPick up and deliver orders to customers as assigned.
• Verify order accuracy before delivery.
• Maintain timely delivery based on assigned routes.
• Communicate with customers regarding their orders and delivery status.
• Handle cash, card, or digital payments if required.
• Follow all traffic rules and safety guidelines.
• Keep delivery vehicle (bike/car/scooter) clean and well-maintained.
• Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer complaints to the supervisor.
• Collect proof of delivery (POD) as required.
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (flexible).
• Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
• Own a two-wheeler with valid insurance (optional depending on company).
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic rules.
• Ability to use smartphones, navigation apps, and delivery apps.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physical fitness to lift and carry packages if needed.
• Preferred SkillsPrior experience in delivery operations (food, parcel, grocery).
• Time management and multitasking abilities.
