Position: Design Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Design Engineer who can create accurate 2D drawings, develop 3D models, and perform basic structural analysis. The candidate should be able to convert concepts into practical, fabrication-ready and site-ready drawings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD (plans, elevations, sections, working drawings)
• Create 3D models and assemblies in SolidWorks
• Perform structural analysis and load calculations using STAAD.Pro
• Develop fabrication and production drawings with proper dimensions and tolerances
• Coordinate with site, fabrication team, and vendors to ensure design feasibility
• Prepare BOQ, material take-off, and basic estimation in Excel
• Maintain drawing revisions, title blocks, and documentation standards
• Solve practical design issues and propose alternative solutions
• Required SkillsStrong command of AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
• Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and assemblies
• Working knowledge of STAAD.Pro for structural calculations
• Good understanding of engineering drawings, symbols, and scales
• Knowledge of materials: steel, RCC, aluminium, wood, and fasteners
• Basic knowledge of load, weight, and strength calculations
• Ability to read and explain drawings to site/fabrication teams
• QualificationDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil / Structural Engineering
• Freshers with strong software knowledge can apply
• Experienced candidates preferred

Salary₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month (as per skills and experience)
