Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our product presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance; leave records, shift schedules, and time office functions with high accuracy.
• Assist in payroll inputs, overtime calculations, wage sheets, and verification of contractor labor records.
• Prepare HR MIS reports using advanced MS Excel.
• Support statutory compliance related to labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and factory regulations in coordination with consultants.
• Maintain HR documentation, personal files, contracts, and audit-ready records.
• Handle employee grievance redressal, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution as per policies.
• Work closely with administration for canteen, transport, housekeeping, and facility management.
• Ensure smooth coordination with the Head Office for all HR processes and reporting requirements.

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in plant HR operations (manufacturing industry preferred).
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good knowledge of labour laws and factory-related HR requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work under timelines.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to interact effectively with workers, staff, and management.
