HR Executive

HR executive manages a company's human resources, with responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and employee relations. They are also responsible for ensuring legal compliance, developing and implementing HR policies, managing performance, and fostering a positive work environment. 

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Talent acquisition:
• Overseeing the entire recruitment and hiring process.
• Conducting interviews and selecting new employees.
• Onboarding and training: Handling the onboarding of new hires and conducting orientations.

• Employee relations and performance:
• Managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts.
• Promoting a positive work environment and employee engagement.

• Compliance and administration:
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Developing and updating HR policies.
• Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
• Strategic support:
• Supporting HR strategies and initiatives that align with company goals.
• Creating reports for management decision-making.
• Handling employee offboarding and exit interviews
