Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Executive who will manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and knowledge of HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, selection)
• Coordinate offer letters and appointment letters
• Manage onboarding and induction of new employees

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Manage attendance, leaves, and timesheets
• Handle exit formalities and full & final settlement

Payroll & Compliance

• Coordinate with accounts for salary processing
• Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc. if applicable)
• Ensure company policies are followed

Employee Engagement

• Handle employee queries and grievances
• Support management in maintaining a positive work culture
• Organize meetings, training, and engagement activities

Administration Support

• Maintain office discipline and policies
• Support in performance review processes
• Required Skills: Good communication (English & Hindi)
• Knowledge of HR processes
• Recruitment & interview coordination
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Documentation & record keeping
• Problem-solving skills
• Confidentiality & professionalism

Preferred Qualification:

MBA in HR / BBA / Graduate with HR experience
