Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential candidates/customers
Explain job roles (Swiggy / Zepto / Blinkit delivery hiring)
Handle inbound inquiries and guide candidates properly
Maintain daily call records and follow-ups
Achieve daily/weekly targets (FTs, conversions, etc.)
🎯 Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi/Basic English)
Basic knowledge of calling and handling leads
Experience in telecalling/sales will be preferred
Ability to achieve targets
