Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter who will handle end-to-end recruitment for creative, technical, and corporate roles. The ideal candidate should understand the entertainment/media industry hiring process and be passionate about talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
• Source candidates for creative (actors, editors, cinematographers) and non-creative roles
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule auditions/interviews and coordinate with hiring panels
• Manage recruitment through job portals, social media, and industry networks
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
• Handle offer letters, negotiations, and joining formalities
• Support onboarding and HR documentation
• Assist in building employer branding for Pitambra Films

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (media/entertainment industry preferred)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with job portals and social media hiring
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced creative environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring for films, OTT, ads, or production houses
• Knowledge of contracts, freelancers, and project-based hiring
• ATS or recruitment tracking experience
