HR Recruiter

We are looking for a HR Recruiter who will be responsible for hiring delivery executives by calling candidates, explaining job details, and guiding them through the joining process.

Key Responsibilities:

Call candidates from provided data and explain delivery job roles

Handle inbound & outbound calls for recruitment

Share job details like salary, location, and shift timing

Guide candidates for document submission and onboarding

Follow up with interested candidates till joining

Maintain daily calling and hiring records

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)

Ability to convince and handle candidates

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Prior telecalling or recruitment experience preferred
