Liaisoning Executive

Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive Liaison Executive to coordinate with government authorities, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of approvals and documentation. The candidate should be well-organized and have strong follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with government departments (Electricity Board, Municipal Corporation, etc.)
• Handle document submission and follow up for approvals
• Act as a bridge between clients and the company
• Manage permissions and clearance processes
• Conduct field visits as required
• Maintain daily reports and status updates

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of government procedures (preferred)
• Willingness to do fieldwork
• Good knowledge of local area (Jabalpur)
• Basic computer skills

• Experience in liaison or field executive role
• Strong networking and follow-up ability
• Problem-solving attitude
