JOB DISCRIPTION -ROLE - Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Executive
Daily Work Explanation (Step-by-Step)
š¹ 1. Site Visit
āYou will visit solar sites daily using your bike.ā
š¹ 2. Inspection
āCheck whether:
Solar panels are clean
Inverter is working
Wires and connections are safe
No physical damage is thereā
š¹ 3. Basic Electrical Work
āIf there is a small issue like:
Loose wiring
Fuse problem
Minor inverter issue
You will fix it or inform seniors if itās a big issue.ā
š¹ 4. Monitoring System Performance
āYou will check whether the system is generating proper power and report if the output is low.ā
š¹ 5. Preventive Maintenance
āBefore problems happen, you will:
Clean solar panels
Tighten connections
Check earthing and safety
