Job Description:

Star Data Recovery Services is looking for a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a key role in supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients in person, by phone, and via email
• Manage front desk activities and handle inquiries professionally
• Maintain records, schedules, and basic documentation
• Assist with social media posting and online communication
• Support basic computer and hardware-related tasks when required
• Perform general administrative duties using MS Office tools

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, reliable, and professional attitude

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role
• Interest in technology and IT services
