Title - Recruiter (Night Shift)

Full Time Permanent

Night Shift (7 PM to 4 PM Indian Standard Time)

Job Description -

Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and job specifications.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, professional networks).

Screen resumes and job applications.

Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for specific roles.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Facilitate and manage the offer process, including salary negotiations.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the US market.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Professional and ethical approach to recruitment.
