Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our Masala (spice) products across assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new retail accounts, strengthening distributor relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring strong brand visibility in the market.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage sales in the assigned territory.
• Visit retail outlets, kirana stores, wholesalers, and distributors regularly.
• Generate new customers and expand market penetration.
• Take orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely collections.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
• Ensure proper product placement and visibility at outlets.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Prepare basic sales reports and update management on field activities.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG field sales (Spices/Masala experience preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
• Familiarity with local markets and retail networks.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.
• Android smartphone mandatory.
• Ability to work independently in field conditions.
