Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our product presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and market reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy client relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
• Prepare sales reports and update management with key market insights.

Qualification & Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Dairy sales.
• Skills & Attributes:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel locally as required.
