Job Description


Nanak Group, a fast-growing real estate development firm, is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who can actively contribute to lead generation, client handling, and on-ground marketing execution.


This role is highly execution-focused and requires someone who can work in field as well as office, generate quality leads, support sales closures, and maintain strong follow-ups with potential clients.


Key Responsibilities


1. Sales Support & Lead Conversion


Handle incoming leads from marketing campaigns and references


Contact and qualify potential customers


Explain project details, pricing, and location advantages


Convert inquiries into site visits and bookings


Maintain strong follow-up with interested clients


2. Marketing Execution 


Execute offline marketing activities such as events, camps, and promotions


Assist in planning local marketing campaigns


Coordinate for hoardings, banners, and promotional activities


Support digital marketing team with lead tracking and responses


Ensure proper branding visibility at site and local market


3. Site Visit Coordination & Client Handling


Schedule and coordinate site visits


Assist clients during site visits


Present project details professionally


Build trust and maintain professional communication


Support sales team in closing deals


4. Data Management & Reporting


Maintain daily lead and follow-up data


Update CRM and sales reports


Track site visits and conversions


Submit daily activity report to manager


Maintain proper documentation of leads and clients


5. Market Research & Business Development


Identify new marketing opportunities


Collect competitor project information


Develop local references and contacts


Generate self-leads through networking


Support expansion of channel partner network


Required Skills & Competencies


Good communication and convincing skills


Basic knowledge of sales and marketing


Ability to work in field and office environment


Strong follow-up and coordination skills


Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp)


Professional attitude and presentable personality


Target-oriented and proactive mindset
