Toss is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, work allocation to team members, and must be proficient in reporting in Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities:
•	Manage and lead a team of employees, ensuring that all team members are motivated, engaged, and productive
•	Allocate work to team members based on their skills, expertise, and workload
•	Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to ensure their success and growth within the company
•	Set performance goals for team members and ensure that they are meeting or exceeding them
•	Develop and maintain reports on team performance, project progress, and other relevant metrics in Google Sheets
•	Collaborate with other departments to ensure that team goals align with company objectives and vision
•	Continuously review and improve team processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity
Qualifications:
•	Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
•	At least 1-2 years of experience in managing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in a startup setting
•	Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
•	Strong organizational and time-management skills
•	Proficient in using Google Sheets to develop and maintain reports
•	Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
