Job Title: Telecaller

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers or answer incoming calls
Explain products or services clearly to customers
Handle customer queries politely and professionally
Maintain records of calls and customer details
Follow up with interested customers
Meet daily or monthly call targets
Take feedback and report it to the team leader
Required Skills
Good communication skills (local language + basic English)
Ability to talk confidently and politely
Basic computer knowledge
Good listening and convincing skills
Patience and positive attitude

Minimum: 10th / 12th pass
