ob Title: Telecaller – Blue Collar Recruitment

💼 Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to candidates for blue-collar job openings
• Explain job details, salary structure, and joining process
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per client criteria
• Maintain proper daily call report & candidate data
• Schedule interviews and ensure follow-ups
• Achieve weekly/monthly recruitment targets

🧑‍💼 Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi must)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle high-volume calling
• Experience in telecalling or recruitment will be preferred

💰 Salary:

₹7,000 – ₹9,000 Fixed + Attractive Incentives

⏱️ Working Hours:

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
