Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller / HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling candidates, explaining job opportunities, and handling the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to candidates for job opportunities.

Explain job roles, salary, and company details clearly.

Screen and shortlist candidates as per requirements.

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.

Maintain daily calling and recruitment reports.

Coordinate with the operations team for hiring needs.

Ensure proper onboarding and documentation of candidates.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Experience in telecalling or recruitment is a plus.

Ability to handle targets and pressure.
