Telecalling Executive

Job Title: Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to communicate with customers, generate leads, and support sales and service activities over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Receive inbound calls and handle customer queries professionally.
• Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
• Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales or appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and customer details.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
• Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi/English (local language preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain call records.
• Prior experience as a telecaller or telesales executive is an advantage (freshers can also apply).
• Ability to handle pressure and work with targets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
