Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller – Ecommerce Services
About the Role: We are looking for a confident Telecaller to help us grow! You will call business owners to introduce our Ecommerce Management services (like Amazon/Shopify account handling) and turn prospects into clients.
What You Will Do:
- Make Calls: Reach out to potential B2B clients through cold and warm calling.
- Pitch Services: Explain how we help brands grow their sales online.
- Handle Objections: Answer questions and clear doubts to build interest.
- Book Meetings: Schedule appointments for our senior sales team.
- Track Work: Keep a simple record of your calls and follow-ups in our system.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Previous work in telecalling or sales is a plus.
- Communication: Clear and friendly speaking skills (English & local language).
- Ecom Knowledge: Basic idea of how Amazon, Shopify, or Flipkart works.
- Mindset: Someone who is target-driven and doesn't give up easily.
- Tech Skills: Basic computer knowledge and comfort using a CRM.
