Video Editor

we’re looking for a proactive Video Editor to join our content team and help produce engaging short- and long-form videos for social media and web. You’ll edit raw footage, add motion graphics, color-grade, mix audio, and optimize videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook.

Responsibilities

• Edit, color-grade, and finalize short-form and long-form videos from raw footage
• Create motion graphics and simple VFX in After Effects or similar
• Optimize video aspect ratios, captions and metadata for social platforms
• Add music, sound effects and perform audio cleanup
• Turn long videos into multiple short clips/reels with punchy hooks
• Deliver edits on tight deadlines and incorporate feedback quickly
• Maintain an organized project library and export presets

Must-have

• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects (or Final Cut)
• Good sense of pacing, visual storytelling and social media trends
• Ability to deliver high-quality edits under quick turnaround
• Portfolio or sample links demonstrating short-form/social edits

Nice-to-have

• Experience with color grading (DaVinci Resolve)
• Motion graphics templates and simple VFX experience
• Knowledge of platform specs & performance best practices

• Short editing test: turn a 3–5 min clip into a 30–60s social reel (optional — use as prescreen)
