Job Description

Palcode is building AI Agents for the construction industry — RFI responders, bid validators, and scope analyzers built with deep domain logic. These aren’t chatbots — they’re real workflows for real problems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research target B2B companies and decision-makers
  • Build and maintain lead lists using sales tools
  • Execute outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn
  • Follow defined outreach and follow-up sequences
  • Handle inbound replies and qualify basic interest
  • Schedule demo / discovery calls for senior sales or founder
  • Update CRM with lead status and interaction notes
  • Track daily outreach activity and report outcomes
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
  • Maintain data accuracy and follow process discipline
  • Tools & Platforms UsedLinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator
