Job Description
Palcode is building AI Agents for the construction industry — RFI responders, bid validators, and scope analyzers built with deep domain logic. These aren’t chatbots — they’re real workflows for real problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research target B2B companies and decision-makers
- Build and maintain lead lists using sales tools
- Execute outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn
- Follow defined outreach and follow-up sequences
- Handle inbound replies and qualify basic interest
- Schedule demo / discovery calls for senior sales or founder
- Update CRM with lead status and interaction notes
- Track daily outreach activity and report outcomes
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
- Maintain data accuracy and follow process discipline
- Tools & Platforms UsedLinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Email automation tools (Smartlead / Apollo / Instantly)
- CRM (HubSpot / Pipedrive / Zoho)
- Google Sheets / Notion

Experience
