Job Title: 3D Designer

Job Summary:We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Designer to develop high-quality 3D models, animations, and visual assets for our projects. The ideal candidate should have strong visualization skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with industry-standard 3D design tools.

• Key Responsibilities:Create high-quality 3D models, environments, characters, props, and visual assets.
• Develop 3D animations, lighting, textures, and renderings as needed.
• Collaborate with the design, production, and development teams to understand project requirements.
• Optimize 3D models for performance while maintaining quality.
• Ensure designs meet branding, style, and technical specifications.
• Review and refine 3D assets based on feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in 3D design.
• Maintain proper documentation and file organization for all design assets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong proficiency in software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or similar 3D tools.
• Good understanding of modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, and rendering processes.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or other 2D tools.
• Strong creative and visualization skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to take feedback positively and make necessary adjustments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferred Skills (Optional):Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Skills in motion graphics or VFX.
• Knowledge of architectural visualization or product rendering.
• Understanding of animation principles.
