Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and related equipment
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems
  • Perform routine inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance
  • Replace or repair defective components such as compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats
  • Ensure systems operate efficiently and safely according to industry standards
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
  • Test systems after installation or repair to ensure proper operation
  • Respond to service calls and provide timely solutions to customers
  • Maintain accurate service records and reports
  • Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times
  • Job Requirements / QualificationsProven experience as an Air Conditioning or HVAC Technician
  • Technical training or certification in HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of AC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical components
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools and hand/power tools safely
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Physical ability to lift equipment and work in confined or elevated spaces
  • Basic communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours or respond to emergency call-outs
  • Valid driver’s license (if required for field work
