Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Academic Advisor to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in inside sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for guiding students in choosing the right stock market education programs. Stock market knowledge will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion: Proactively connect with potential students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to promote our courses and guide them in their learning journey.

Counseling & Sales: Understand students’ learning needs and recommend suitable stock market education programs.

Follow-ups & Relationship Building: Regularly engage with leads, address their queries, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards monthly revenue and admissions targets while maintaining quality service.

Stock Market Knowledge (Preferred): Educate potential students about the relevance of financial markets and our courses.

CRM Management: Keep track of leads and conversion status using CRM tools.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and faculty teams to ensure student satisfaction and retention.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Graduate (any field).

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Inside Sales, preferably in the EdTech or financial sector.

Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales techniques, lead conversion, and customer relationship management.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.

Personality: Presentable, confident, and persuasive.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp, and email for professional communication.

Stock Market Knowledge (Preferred): A basic understanding of financial markets will be an added advantage.
