Job Description – School Coordinator

  • Only candidates residing within a 5–6 km radius of the school (Murlipura) are eligible to apply.

1️⃣ School Coordinator (Nursery to Sr. KG)


Role Objective:


To oversee foundational learning programs ensuring holistic development, activity-based learning, and a safe, nurturing environment for early learners.


Key Responsibilities:


Supervise curriculum implementation aligned with Early Childhood Education (ECE) standards.


Monitor phonics, numeracy readiness, motor skill development, and activity-based pedagogy.


Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers.


Ensure play-way method, experiential learning, and child-centered teaching practices.


Organize theme-based activities, celebrations, and parent orientation sessions.


Maintain child safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being standards.


Conduct parent-teacher meetings (PTMs) and address parental concerns.


Monitor lesson plans, worksheets, and assessment methods.


Ensure smooth transition planning from KG to Grade 1.



Qualifications & Skills:


Graduate/Postgraduate with NTT/Montessori/Early Childhood Certification.


Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in Pre-Primary.


Strong understanding of child psychology and developmental milestones.


Leadership, communication, and classroom management skills.

2️⃣ School Coordinator (Class 1 to 5)


Role Objective:


To ensure effective academic planning, implementation of foundational curriculum, and student performance tracking at the primary level.


Key Responsibilities:


Supervise academic delivery as per RBSE/CBSE guidelines (as applicable).


Monitor lesson planning, worksheet design, and assessment standards.


Conduct periodic academic audits and classroom observations.


Guide teachers on innovative teaching methodologies and activity-based learning.


Analyze student performance data and prepare improvement strategies.


Coordinate Olympiads, competitions, and co-curricular activities.


Conduct regular PTMs and academic review meetings.


Ensure discipline, value education, and life skill integration.



Qualifications & Skills:


Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed.


4–6 years teaching experience (Primary).


Strong command over curriculum mapping and assessment design.


Data analysis and leadership capabilities.

3️⃣ School Coordinator (Class 6 to 8)


Role Objective:


To ensure academic rigor, subject coordination, and systematic preparation for secondary-level learning.


Key Responsibilities:


Supervise subject teachers and ensure syllabus completion as per academic calendar.

Monitor formative and summative assessments.


Implement remedial programs and enrichment sessions.

Role Objective:


To ensure board-level academic excellence, strategic planning, and result-oriented performance management.


Key Responsibilities:


Oversee syllabus completion and board exam preparation strategy.


Conduct performance analysis and target-setting for board results.


Coordinate pre-board exams, revision plans, and doubt-solving sessions.


Guide teachers on exam pattern, blueprint, and marking scheme.


Organize career counseling sessions and competitive exam guidance.


Monitor attendance, discipline, and academic consistency.


Conduct faculty meetings for academic performance review.

Qualifications & Skills:


Postgraduate (Subject specialization preferred) with B.Ed.
