Account Executive (Accounting)

Account Executive – Factory / Manufacturing for Limited Company

• Handle sales billing, invoicing, debit/credit notes as per production dispatch and GST rules
• Maintain customer records, ledgers, and billing documentation in Tally Prime / ERP 9
• Record day-to-day accounting transactions and reconcile bank, cash, and customer accounts
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile GSTR-2B / ITC
• Prepare MIS reports, billing summaries, and receivables ageing for management
• Support audits and statutory compliance by maintaining accurate records
