Job Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger entries.
- Track and reconcile inventory
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and suppliers for accurate and timely documentation.
- Handle client accounts, issue invoices, and follow up on payments.
- Monitor trade finance instruments such as Bills of Lading, and shipping documents.
- Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams for financial planning and order tracking.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tax laws, and import/export documentation.
