Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our office team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally and experience handling day-to-day accounting and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounts and ledgers in Tally
• Manage stock, inventory, and general entries
• Handle sales and purchase entries
• Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and challans
• Record inward and outward stock movement
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and payments
• Support management in financial reporting and analysis

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accountant (preferably in manufacturing/trading setup)
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles
• Good skills in MS Excel and data entry
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Education:

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification

Experience:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience preferred

Salary: Based on experience and skills
